Organized as a 501c3 non-profit organization, TRWC is governed by a Board of Deciders consisting of eight environmental conservationists.
Each brings dedication and unique skills to the management and oversight of the Conservancy.
The primary task is for the Board to assess project requests and award appropriate grants to assure mission fulfillment.
